Before reading our Privacy Policy there are a few things that we think are especially important for our users to understand and know about how we manage user data.
- Tibot does not and will never sell any personal data. We made this app primarily to help people like us and this would not be in line with our values.
- Tibot does not track or share any personal data with third party companies unless you specifically choose to enable that option (e.g. with Google Fit or Apple Health or others).
- To protect your privacy, any health data that you choose to track for your own purposes is encrypted before it is backed up on our servers.
This privacy statement explains how we, Polyfins Technology Inc (“Tibot”, “us”, “we” or “our”) use your personal data to provide you with the Tibot mobile application (The “tibot App”) and website (www.tibot.ai).

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Your data is stored on your phone and we store the pictures in HIPAA compliant secure cloud storage (excluding your gallery photos). We use your uploaded images to train our AI model and we may use your uploaded images for any medical purpose. Upon uploading images in our app you agree to our terms and conditions. Your email address is used only for storing and recovering data. Nothing is ever used for marketing or given to any third parties without your consent. Your data is encrypted on our secure server. Who we share your data with
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Event and usage data
When you use the app or when you go our website, our servers process anonymised data in order to understand your usage of our services, for example, which pages you visit or which tab in the app you open. We collect this information and use it as aggregate data to allow us to better understand which features are the most relevant or useful to our users as whole, and to communicate with you about relevant and timely information and promotional content.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2017/676, you have various rights in relation to your personal data. All of these rights can be exercised by contacting us at support@tibot.ai.
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
· Right to Rectification
o We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that your personal information is accurate. In order to assist us with this, you should notify us of any changes to the personal information that you have provided to us by sending us a request to rectify your personal data where you believe the personal data we have is inaccurate or incomplete.
· Right to erasure / ‘Right to be forgotten’
o By deleting your account, Polyfins will delete all of your personal data without undue delay (unless there is a legitimate and legal reason why Polyfins is unable to delete certain of your personal data, in which case we will inform you of this in writing).
· Right to restriction of processing
o You have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data at any time.
· Right to data portability
o You have the right to request that Polyfins provide you with a copy of all of your personal data and to transmit your personal data to another data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where it is technically feasible for us to do so.
· Right to complain
o You have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority such as the Bundesdatenschutzbehörde in Germany or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK. Although we encourage our customers to engage with us in the event they have any concerns or complaints.
Polyfins will not ordinarily charge you in respect of any requests we receive to exercise any of your rights detailed above; however, if you make excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded requests, we may charge you requests. Where we are required to provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing this will be free of charge; however, any further copies requested may be subject to reasonable fees based on administrative costs.
Asking us to stop processing your personal data or deleting your personal data will likely mean that you are no longer able to use Polyfins’s Services, or at least those aspects of the Services which require the processing of the types of personal data you have asked us to delete, which may result in you no longer being able to use the Services.
Data transfer to third party service providers:
Google Firebase
In the Tibot App we use Firebase (https://www.firebase.com/), a framework maintained by the Google subsidiary Firebase residing in San Francisco, CA, USA, through which we use to track and administer the following real-time functions:
1. Tracking of basic user events for Firebase
2. Tracking of app crashes and their reasons through Firebase
Crashlytics
We use Crashlytics to track app crashes as they occur, and to prevent future ones. In case of an app crash, a report is created that contains the type and OS of the device, your last activities in the app etc.
Facebook/Google Logins
Tibot enables Facebook/Google Logins to allow our users to create and log in to their Tibot account with their Facebook/Google/credentials.
Google Analytics
Our website and mobile app both use Google Analytics, an analysis service operated by Google Inc. (“Google”).
This service is not intended for children under the age of 18.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Any changes we make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, notified to you by email or notifications via the App. We, therefore, encourage you to review it from time to time to stay informed of how we are processing your information.
CONTACT
Questions, comments and requests regarding this privacy policy are welcome and should be addressed to support@tibot.ai
